3 SYSTEM START UP AND OPERATION
3.1 Check List Prior to System Start Up
Prior to system start up, use the table below to make sure all parts have
been installed and connected, and the quality of tap water meets minimal
requirements.
Check List Results
Water quality
Municipal water: TDS < 500 ppm,
Water temperature: 5 - 45

Pressure: 1.0 - 6.0 bar / 15 - 90 psi
If water hardness is greater than 100 ppm, Fisher
Scientific suggest you to use an external water softening
device to protect the RO membrane
Tap Water connected and turned on
P Pack cartridge installed
U Pack cartridge installed
Drain tubing installed and laid to the sink
