CAUTION: Before proceeding, always read the safety regulations for the operations to be carried out

as set out in Chapter 3.

CAUTION: Tyre maintenance and infl ation are potentially dangerous operations. If possible, it is

advisable to have tyre maintenance and fi tting carried out by a SPECIALISED CENTRE or
SKILLED PERSONNEL.

When you need to change a tyre, fi rst of all engage the parking brake, shift the gear selector to neutral, turn off
the engine and remove the ignition key.
Position a wedge under the wheel diametrically opposite the one to be changed as shown in the fi gure.

It is prohibited to change a tyre on a slope or near canals or ditches to prevent the
vehicle from overturning and causing serious injury.

This operation must be performed on a solid, fl at surface.
