WARRANTY
POLICY
FIORE APPLIANCES
All new Fiore appliances including Ovens, Ranges, Gas Cook Tops, Electric Cook Tops, and Range Hoods are
warranted against performance failure due to product defects related to material or workmanship for a period
of one year from the installation date. Select Fiore products are available with extended two-year warranty
options, please inquire with your sales representative for further details.
This warranty applies to the original owner only. Each owner must register their products within 30 days of
purchase to memorialize their purchase and be eligible for the warranty.

Within the warranty time period a defective product will receive free repair or replacement if repair is unavaila-
ble. Repair must be performed by an authorized Fiore service technician.
The warranties provided in this statement are not transferable and have validity from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT
Immediately upon receiving your Fiore product and removing it from its packaging we strongly suggest IMMEDI-
ATE INSPECTION of your Fiore product for potential freight damage. Any claims for damage visible or hidden,
must be made immediately in order for the carrier to assume full responsibility and absorb any associated costs.
If damage or cosmetic defect is discovered DO NOT INSTALL your Fiore product. Any claimed damage or defect

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
An authorized service technician to provide instructional services to the end user regarding the correct product
installation, operation or maintenance.
Any maintenance, services or cleaning to maintain the product.
Any fragile or consumable items which can break or wear out within the warranty time period, including but
other accessories for ducting
Installation not in accordance with local electrical or plumbing codes.
Defects or damage due to improper storage of the product
Defects and damages arising from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, improper installation.
Damage to or failure of the product resulting from accident, abuse, misuse or use for other than its intended
purpose caused by the use of detergents, cleaners, chemicals or utensils other than those recommended in all
instructions supplied with the product.
Defects and damages arising from transportation of the product to the home of the owner
and other acts of God.
Fiore does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may
vary from state to state or province to province.
