Big key actions comply with specifications.
The big keys have stabilizers. Any part of the key can be pressed to operate.
Q. After the computer power supply is on, Bluetooth connection selects BIOS or OS.
After pairing through Bluetooth 2.1 adaptor, the key parameters will be input in the adaptor, and operate BIOS and OS
selection menu before OS startup.
If the function is not provided, the Bluetooth adaptor cannot be operated before Windows start up. If necessary, connect
USB, or other PS/2 keyboard for operation.
This part is the function of the adaptor. If you have any questions, please contact with customer service personnel of the
adaptor manufacturer.
Q. No action in safe mode.
You cannot use it in safe mode.
Q. No action when plug and unplug the Bluetooth adaptor.
After reconnection of the Bluetooth adaptor, press any key to reconnect Bluetooth communication.
Q. Failing to recover from Windows sleep mode.
In Bluetooth connection, recovering from the sleep mode is not the function of this Bluetooth product, Please use mouse
to release sleep mode before use.
Q. Can it run in other Window systems?
The Bluetooth adaptor can run in Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP SP2, otherwise it cannot run.
No driver or software is provided for other Window systems.
Q. In Bluetooth connection, the keyboard sometimes has abnormal action.
The radio signal range varies in different environment. If a microwave oven, wireless product or wireless phone is located
near the computer and the keyboard, radio inference will occur, and the action may be abnormal.
Q. Characters cannot be typed in sometimes.
If the previous keyboard software exists, uninstall it. If previous setting exits, normal action will be affected.
Q. The keyboard often has no response, and the input characters often appear after a while.
Within the radio transmission range, if there are several wireless devices with the same wave band, the communications
may be interrupted due to interference.
The dedicated software and driver of the Bluetooth have high performance and are easy to operate. In the environments
where interference occurs, communication may be interrupted frequently.
In this case, uninstall the dedicated software and the driver. With the OS standard software and driver, occurrence
frequency of the problem will be reduced obviously. This has been demonstrated.
