4. Commissioning

1. Switch on the compressed air supply.
2. Check the functioning and effect of each individual valve−
actuator combination by actuating the relevant manual
override (see following tables).
Please note
If the non−locking manual override actuation is operated
incorrectly, the functioning of the manual override may be
impaired or it may be damaged.

Use a screwdriver (blade width max. 2.5 mm) to actuate
the manual override.

Actuate the manual override with max. 25 N.
3. Make sure that all valves are in the basic position before
commissioning the valve terminal.
Caution
Valves with manual overrides in the switched position can
cause actuators to perform unexpected movements during
commissioning. This can cause injury to human beings and
damage to property.

Before commissioning reset all manual overrides to their
basic positions.
When the manual override is actuated, it is not possible to
reset the valve to its basic position with an electric signal.
The manual override is dominant in this case.
4. Switch off the compressed air supply after testing the
valves.
