4.2.1 

Removing the guide rail

Warning

The roller bearing cartridges are pretensioned. Individual bearings can there-
fore easily fall out and get lost when pushing the slide from the guide rail.

•  Carefully push the slide from the guide rail.

•  Remove the covers of the screw holes in the guide rail by inserting a small 

screwdriver into them and levering them out.

Note

The covers must be replaced. It is not possible to remove them without 
damaging them.

•  Unscrew all the socket head screws in the guide rail.

•  Remove the guide rail from the cylinder barrel. The slot nuts can remain in 

the cylinder barrel.
