Rotary switch
Function
The 3 rotary switches are used to set the EtherCAT "Explicit Device
ID" of the interface in hexadecimal code.
Possible settings:

0 = stored EtherCAT address, no "Explicit Device ID" assigned

If set to 0, the address of the interface is automatically assigned by
the EtherCAT master (autoincrement).
