  DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL

The machine does not contain substances or parts that are dangerous for man's
health or for the environment,  since they are completely made  of recyclable or
normal disposable materials.

ATTENTION!
For  demolition  operations,  contact  specialist  companies  or  use
particularly trained staff, aware of possible risks, who know the content of
this  manual  and  apply  it  rigorously  and  are  perfectly  informed  on  its
characteristics.

Therefore,  when  the  machine  has  reached  the  end  of  its  working  life,  to
demolish it proceed as follows, paying utmost attention and following the safety
standards signalled in the chapter:

·

  isolate  the  machine  from  its  energy  sources  (electric,  pneumatic  and

hydraulic);

·

  empty the hydraulic oil in the tank, in the tubes and in the hydraulic control

unit;  the  oil  should  be  placed  in  sealed  containers  and  sent  to  a  specialist
centre  for  disposal,  following  the  specific  provisions on  the  matter,  planned
in the user country;

·

  remove the electricity cables and send them to a specialist collection centre

for  disposal  following  the  specific  provisions  on  the  matter,  planned  in  the
user country;

·

  remove the flexible tubing in rubber from the hydraulic control unit, the nylon

tubing in the pneumatic system, the electric box, the signalling siren and any
other  parts  in  plastic  and  send  them  to  a  specialist  collection  centre  for
disposal following the specific provision on the  matter, planned  for the user
country;

·

  send the rest of the machine, having removed the aforementioned parts, to a

specialist  company  for  the  disposal  of  iron  scrap,  following  the  specific
provision on the matter, planned for the user country;

ATTENTION!
Ensure  that  each  part  of  the  machine  is  disposed  of  according  to  the
legislation in force in the user country.
