1) Place the two bases (1) in the desired position.
2) Remove the casings (3) on the columns (4-5).
3) Position the columns as in Fig. 3
4) Fasten the columns with the bolts (6) and the washers (7) and insert the feet
protection (8) as in Fig.
5) Align the two columns in compliance with the measures indicated in Fig. 3a.
6) Fasten the lift to the floor with the 14 tie rods M12x90 Fisher SLM12 code
art. 00624 or equivalent, following the instructions as indicated in the figure:

Perforate with a 12 mm diameter tip (corresponding to the diameter of
the tie rods) for a depth of at least 150 mm.
·
Clean the hole.
·
Push the tie rods in the hole by tapping with a hammer.
·
Manually screw the tie rods in as much as possible.
·
Tighten the tie rods with the torque wrench, calibrated to 7 daNxm (if this
value cannot be obtained, it is because the hole is too big or the concrete
is not sufficiently consistent).
If you are unsure about the floor or the positioning on the supporting surface, consult
the authorised dealer
’s technical support service. When fastening the tie rods, check
the column remains plumb and that tie rod tightening does not cause the columns to
move. Check tightening suffices after about ten cycles at full load. This control must be
carried out once every 3 months.
7) Assemble the beam (16) and the risers (15) on the plate (17) using the bolts
(18) and the washers (19).
8) Position the tubes for air and oil along the risers and the beam and connect
them to the column opposite the specific joints.
9) Fasten the tubes along the risers with the specific ties using the prepared
holes.
10) Connect to the electrical mains as described in the paragraph
“
ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION
” on page 16.
11) Connect to the air system.
ATTENTION! The pneumatic system must be protected using a lubricator
filter.
12) For the hydraulic circuit, use 10 litres of AGIP OSO 46 hydraulic oil or
equivalent (ISO LH 46).
