Adjusting Lower Tube Weldment To The Right

Figure 28

If the lower tube weldment is offset to the right, verify that
the front nut on the right side is loosened far enough
away from the mounting bracket to allow the lower tube
weldment to be adjusted to the right.

Loosen the nut (Item 1) 

[Figure 28]

.

Tighten the nut (Item 2) 

[Figure 28]

 in small adjustments

moving the lower tube weldment to the right.

NOTE: Visually inspect the tubes for alignment after

each small adjustment.

Continue to tighten the nut (Item 2) 

[Figure 28]

 until the

lower tube weldment is in line with the lower truss tube
weldment.

Tighten the nut (Item 1) 

[Figure 28]

 against the mounting

bracket to maintain lower tube weldment alignment.

Tighten two nuts on the left side against the mounting
bracket to maintain lower tube weldment alignment.

Tighten the two 1/2” bolts (Item 3) 

[Figure 28]

 and lock

nuts to secure the tube adjustment bracket, lower tube
weldment and lower truss mount to maintain lower tube
weldment alignment (both sides).

If the lower tube weldment is offset to the left, verify that
the front nut on the left side is loosened far enough away
from the mounting bracket to allow the lower tube
weldment to be adjusted to the left.

Loosen the nut (Item 1)

Tighten the nut (Item 2)

 in small adjustments

moving the lower tube weldment to the left.

Tighten the nut (Item 1)

 against the mounting

Tighten two nuts on the right side against the mounting
bracket to maintain lower tube weldment alignment.

Tighten the two 1/2” bolts (Item 3)

 and lock

nuts to secure the tube adjustment bracket, lower tube
weldment and lower truss weldment mount to maintain
lower tube weldment alignment (both sides).
