I. Ovulation
If you use the ovulation menu for the first time, you will need to calibrate your Care.UP© first. Touch the
i.1. Ovulation screen anywhere to access the i.3. Ovulation screen.
This screen displays your current ovulation probability (in %) and
which day of your menstrual cycle you are at. If you want to access
the last five days ovulation data (see
i.2. Ovulation ), touch the list
icon.

Enter the start of your regular menstruation by touching YYYY for
the year, MMM for the month and DD for the day. Touch the Next
icon to access the
i.4. Ovulation screen.

Enter the end of your regular menstruation by touching YYYY for
the year, MMM for the month and DD for the day. Touch the

lation or i.4. Ovulation screen anywhere to go back to the i.1. Ovula-
tion screen.
