The Care.UP© device is designed to resist to temperatures between - 20°C/ - 4°F and +50°C/+120°F.

8.1. Unable to power up your Care.UP©
Try to charge the watch by plugging it to a plug socket and see if anything changes. Wait half an hour
before powering up your Care.UP©.
