3.7. Reset
If you reset your Care.UP©, all your data will be lost. If you do not want to lose your data while resetting,
synchronize your watch with the Farasha
™ App for smartphone before.
4.4. List
This screen displays your last five automatic captures, listed by dates. If you want the details of one
specific automatic capture, touch this capture; you will be directed to a screen where all details will be
displayed (heart rate, SpO2, temperature and blood pressure).

4.5. Start/Stop — Checklist
A. Start/Stop
If you are in the Sport menu (see 5.3. Sport ), pressing this button will trigger the sport capture.
B. Checkup
Except in the Sport menu (see 5.3. Sport ), pressing this button will launch several captures (recorded and
available in the List menu; see 5.3. List ): heart rate, SpO2, temperature and blood pressure.
