Ingredient overview
In this tab page the basic feed ingredient settings can be entered and the stock per ingredient is shown. This stock
can be located in serveral silos.

Ingredient / Ingredient
name
Readout of the name of the ingredient.
Stock
Readout of the stock amount of the ingredient.
Price/KG
Setting of the price per kg of the ingredient concerned
EV/Kg product / EV per
Kg Product
Setting of the energy value (EV) per kilogram of the ingredient concerned.
Ingredient status
Setting of the ingredient status:
•
FREE
: This ingredient can be used during the feeding process.
•
BLOCK
: The feed ingredient is blocked and cannot be used during the feeding
process. If the control computer has to dose this ingredient, it will stop dosing in
and give a loud alarm.
•
REPLACE
: The control computer cannot fully dose in the feed ingredient. As a
result, it will use an alternative ingredient. If a feed ingredient runs out during a
feeding cycle, the control computer will use the alternative feed ingredient for the
rest of the feeding cycle. At the next feeding cycle the control computer will first
check that the original ingredient is available again.

Setting of a replacement ingredient (

). A replacement ingredient is used if
supplies of the current ingredient run out during dosing in. If this is only allowed from a
certain curve day, enter this at Replace from curve day.
Replace from curve day
Setting of a curve day number if a replacement ingredient is only allow from a certain
curve day number.
