3. Assembly
• Remove the packaging from the vehicle lift and from the pump, pay
attention! leave the bridge on the pallet/bottom of the package
• Check if the bridge is complete
• 1x lifting bridge, 1x pump unit, 4x rubber intake block, 1x anchoring set, 1x
hose package, 1x handle.
• Mount the handle of the pump unit at the rear (see photo A)
• Fill the pump unit with oil to the maximum visible on the dipstick with
the oil CH46 (see photo B)
• Feed the hose package through the hole at the back of the pump (see
photo C)
• Now connect the hydraulic hoses to the rear connections yellow to yellow
blue to blue the other 2 pipes can be mounted arbitrarily at the front of
the connection (see photo D)
• Feed the power cable 3x 2.5mm through the hole on the side of the
pump unit (see photo E)
• Pass the power cable through the cable clamps intended for this purpo-
se and connect the cable to the as shown below (see photo F)
• N-N L1-L1 yellow/green is ground wire
*Use a power cable incl 230v molded plug or mount correct
