230v plug at the end of the cable
• Feed the limit switch cables through the same hole as the power supply
cable and the appropriate cable clamps
• Now you connect the limit switches to the corresponding connections
make sure that the numbers on the cables and connections correspond
(see photo G)
• Connect the power cable including plug to the 1 phase 230v power
supply, turn the main switch of the bridge to I and check whether the
indicator light comes on.
• Before operating the bridge, check whether all pipes and cables are cor-
rectly connected!
• Then operate the lift by pressing the up button.
• Raise the bridge 30-50cm.
• Mount the wheel set on the rear linkage arm of the bridge and the loose
wheels on the steering arm of the wheel set
• Lower the bridge by pressing the down button, the bridge now lowers
and is placed on the wheel set.
• Take the steering arm including wheels and place it under the pick-up
point of the lift bridge, then carefully move the lift bridge from the pallet
(bottom of packaging)
• Place the lift in the position to be put into use, taking into account the
direction of travel of vehicles as described in the manual. (PAGE 4 use)
• As soon as the bridge is in the correct position, the lifting bridge must
first be vented before loading.
• Raise the lift to the highest point and then lower it to the lowest position.
Then press and hold the lowering button for 30-40 seconds. Repeat this
process 3-4 times.
• Check that all safety and function of the bridge are working correctly
before placing a car on the bridge!!
Pay attention! the bridge will slowly lower without weight this is normal as
there is a vehicle on the bridge the lowering speed will increase
