Command - CO <2><parity><length><stop><baud>
EXAMPLE: "CO21317" sets the RS-232 port for no parity, a 7-bit character, 1
stop bit and a baud rate of 4800.
NOTE: Number of stop bits for a 5-bit character can only be 1 or 1.5. For all
other character lengths, choose either 1 or 2 stop bits.
