If you have determined that you are connecting through an HTTP 
proxy server, enable the “Use HTTP proxy” checkbox on the 
F-Secure Automatic Update Agent window’s Settings page and type 
in the field the proxy server address and port number that you 
retrieved from your browser (i.e. myproxy.mydomain.com:80).

If you are not connected through a proxy server ensure that the

HTTP proxy

 option is not selected.

After these operations, your Automatic Update Agent client should be 
able to connect and receive content. If you are not able to receive 
content and your client is configured correctly you will have to contact 
your network administrator and have them verify your firewall is 
configured to accept outgoing HTTP requests and incoming 
responses to these requests.
