ASSEMBLY – ATTACHING THE CARGO BUCKLE
1.)
Insert the 7/16-14 X 1 carriage bolt into the square hole.
2.)
Place the 5/8 washer over the carriage bolt.
3.)
Place the carriage bolt through the cargo buckle.
4.)
Place the lock nut on the screw and firmly tighten using a 5/8 wrench or socket wrench.
5.)
Confirm that the cargo buckle is securely attached.
