Since this product is not constructed as an explosion-proof equipment, handle the product with
special care for safety.
Never touch the cooling fins with bare hands during maintenance.
Sharp edges of the fins may hurt user’s hands.
Do not touch the cooling fins with bare hands
Be careful of vaporization of specimen such as organic solution and
others which contain flammable material.
Use extreme caution about vaporization of flammable material such as
organic solvent and others. If any solvent not trapped enters into the
vacuum pump, it can be ignited and burnt.
Cooling Fins

Pre-freeze the container for specimen.
Never start the vacuum pump before inner walls of Cold Trap
has been cooled enough.
Install the container only when the trap has been vacuumed completely.
Replace the oil in the vacuum pump regularly.
