5. When the connection screen is displayed, the device list contains one item, the
primary chassis, representing the expansion system.
Quantum Ultra Expansion
is displayed in the Model column (see figure 80,

). The information in the rest of
the columns ( IP Address , Device Name , and Connection columns) applies to
the primary device in the chain.
Click the
Add to System button in front of the
Quantum Ultra Expansion
line
(

) to add the expansion chain to the
System Devices
panel.

Only information on the primary device is displayed in the System Devices panel.
However, an Expansion Device Details button appears below the device in the
panel. Click this button to display a drop-down list of the IP addresses of all the
chassis in the chain (see figure 81,

).
