all parameters relative to the machine op-
eration.

and time.
The value is used to manage the time band
and statistics.
In case of power failure, the machine keeps
the set up date and time by means of a
buffer battery.

The operation of the cooling system can be
programmed for the following functions.

ENabliNg
You can disable the operation of the cooling
unit. The change will apply as soon as you
restart the machine.
After having enabled the cooling unit, mod-
ify the following parameters: temperature,
defrost and temperature record enabling.
Attention! If you disable the cooling
unit, the food management will be also
disabled; the “food” products in the
machine might be a source of danger
in terms of food safety (perished prod-
ucts).
tEmpEraturE
You can directly set the refrigerated box
temperature value during the operation in
degrees °C (from 3.5 to 20°C).
The default temperature varies according to
whether the "food management" parameter
of the machine is enabled or not:
-ON: default temperature 3.5°C
-OFF: default temperature 8°C
The differential deviation from the tempera-
ture set for the start/stop of the cooling unit
is 2°C.
