a - WARNING DANGER !
b - Before using, please read and follow the safety and maintenance instructions of the instruction booklet. Your instructions contain
important information on operational safety. Read them before using the motor.
c - Exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide, an odourless poison that can cause death.
d - Do not run the engine in confined areas.
e - Fuel is highly explosive and inflammable.
f - Stop the engine before fill the fuel tank. DO NOT SMOKE. Always fill the fuel tank in the open and never pour or use petrol
near a naked flame or near devices such as stoves, water-heaters with pilots lights or any other devices able to produce sparks.
g - Obligatory hearing protection.
h - Risk of injury to fingers.
i - Avoid the presence of third persons in the danger zone.
1• SERVICE MANUAL - FOREWORD
1•1 GENERAL
The purpose of this service manual is to help you get familiar
with the machine and make use of its applications according to the
intended use.
The service manual contains important instructions for operating
the machine in complete safety and in an appropriate and economi-
cal manner. Complying with these instructions helps to avoid risks,
reduce repair costs and down times and increase the reliability and
lifetime of the machine.
The service manual must be supplemented by the directives based on
the national regulations for the prevention of accidents and protection
of the environment.
The service manual must always be available where the machine is
being used.
The service manual should be read and applied by any person wor-
king with/on the machine, e.g.:
- Operation including assembly, troubleshooting while working,
removal of waste produced and maintenance and disposal of consu-
mables used
- Servicing (maintenance, inspection, repair) and/or
- Transport
Apart from the service manual and the regulations for the prevention
of accidents and protection of the environment in force in the user’s
country and in the place of use, the recognised technical rules on
safety and conformity of work should also be observed.
In accordance with article L.111-3 of the consumer code, ETESIA
undertakes to supply your dealership with spare parts, original or com-
patible, indispensable for the use of your product over a period of 5
years, as from the date of the invoice issued by our company.
