6•7 CHANGING THE SCARIFIER UNIT
DANGER!
Switch the motor off. Protect the machine against unintentional starting.
DANGER!
Close the fuel valve. Check that no petrol is escaping.
6• PUTTING INTO SERVICE
1) Place the engine speed le-
ver on .
2) Turn the switch OFF.
3) Close the fuel valve.
1) Loosen the protective screws of the trapezoidal belt
with a combination wrench.
2) Remove the protection from the trapezoidal belt.
3) Remove the trapezoidal belt
4)
Raise the scarifier and place it on the handle.
