water boils away or if an empty device is turned on. If it happens, unplug the appliance
from power supply and let it cool down. Do not fill the appliance with cold water in order
to cool it down quickly. It could reduce life of the heating element.

Use the pot only with the power cord that makes up its part! If the power cord is
damaged, never replace it with a power cord that is not of the same type.

The appliance is portable and it is equipped with a movable connector with a plug, which
ensures double-pole disconnection from power supply.

Check the condition of the power cord of the appliance regularly.

The power cord must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open fire and it must not
be sunk into water.

Never put the power cord on hot surfaces or do not let it hang over the edge of a table
or a work top. Plugging or pulling the power cord e.g. by children can result in tilting over
or drawing the appliance down and serious injury!

If you need to use an extension cord, it has to be uncorrupted and it has to comply with
the valid standards.

III. PREPARATION AND USE
Remove all packaging material and remove the appliance with accessories. Remove all
adhesive foils, stickers or paper from the appliance. Wash all parts, which will come in
touch with food in hot water with soap, rinse them thoroughly with clean water and wipe dry
or let dry before first use. Make sure that the power supply cord is not damaged and that
it is not led underneath the appliance or over any sharp or hot surfaces. The socket must
be readily accessible so that the appliance could be easily disconnected from the mains in
case of danger. Pour water into the appliance up to the MIN marking. Connect the power
