Mixing adapter (B)
Be careful, knife edges are very sharp! The mixer is intended for mixing juices, milk
shakes, milk, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, children‘s and dietary food, for making purée,
etc.
You can use speed I or II for processing.
Hold stick mixer A in your hand and put mixing adapter B into container F filled with food.
By pushing switch A1 you will start the drive unit. When working, move the mixer in the
container to process the food thoroughly. Food is processed in about
10 seconds to 2 minutes. After finishing work, release the switch, remove the adapter from
the container and clean it. The longer you process food, the smoother the result will be.
Recommendation
– It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process very hard
materials (e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before
processing.
– The longer you process the food with the mixer, the smoother the result will be.
– In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk), never fill container F up to the „ MAX “
gauge mark to prevent overflowing.
– If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, mix the ingredients with
spatula, take some part of the ingredients or add a little liquid.
Beater (C, C1)
It is intended for whisking eggs, egg whites, whipping cream, creams, puddings, runny
dough and similar food. Do not use the beater for whisking tough dough!
You can use speed I or II for processing.
Hold stick mixer A in your hand and put beater C into container F filled with food. Start the
beater by pushing switch A1 . When working, move the beater in the container to process
the food thoroughly. Food is processed in about 10 seconds to 2 minutes. After finishing
work, release the switch, remove the beater from the container and clean it.
Recommendation
When beating egg whites, use eggs of room temperature! If beating is not optimal, make
sure that the beater is not greasy, or add a little lemon juice or salt. Cool down cream and
whipping cream to at least 6 °C .
Sickle-shaped knife (E)
Be careful, knife edges are very sharp! Do not use the knife for processing any
dough! The knife is intended for chopping (mincing), mixing, blending all kinds of tough
food (e.g. fruit, vegetables, nuts, almonds, deboned meat, tendons and skin or for
preparing purée ).
Use speed II for processing.

at the upper plastic part, remove the protective lid and put it in container

that it is inserted on the central shaft E1 (Fig. 4). Put food into the container. Put lid D on
the container so that the protrusions on the container snap into the pressed holes. Set on
the drive unit A in the same way. By pushing switch A1 you will start the drive unit. Food
will be processed in about 10 seconds to 2 minutes. After finishing work, remove the knife
in the opposite direction.
The longer you process food, the smoother the result will be.
