The called extension picks up the handset and starts conversation.
The reasons why a DISA call does not go through can be the following:
1. There is no extension with a number compatible with the dialled
number. In this case, the call is diverted to the telephones programmed
to answer incoming calls over the same line.
2. The extension is engaged.
3. The extension is not enabled to receive DISA calls.
1. The “do not disturb from DISA” is enabled on the extension.
In cases 2, 3 and 4, the call is diverted to telephones programmmed to answer
calls from the external line, if the “General call for unanswered DISA call”
service is enabled on that extension (see “Service activation”, page 59), if not,
the call is ended.
Note: moreover, the DISA service allows accessing the control
menu (menu n°10) to activate the actuator relays, or to
activate handsfree ambient listening (see “Accessing control
menu” at page 132).

AUTOMATIC OPERATOR

WARNING
DISA service must be enabled over the line in
order to use the Automatic operator (see
paragraph “DISA service”). Furthermore, the
Automatic operator prompting message must
be set as a DISA message.
The automatic operator allows you to browse through 10 customisable menus.
Each menu allows various operations: calling extensions, playing messages,
switching from one menu to the other, activating relays for remote control etc.
Each menu consists of:
•
a customisable prompting message indicating the actions available in
that menu;
•
up to 12 operations to be performed, each corresponding to the
telephone buttons.
