LTERNATED CALL BACK
Allows you to switch quickly between two calls by putting one call on hold and
resuming the other call. The conversations can be both over internal line, both
over external line, or one over the internal line and one over the external line.
Initial situation
Conversation in progress over a line (internal or external) and conversation on
hold over the other line (internal or external).

Dial R followed by 0 to switch from one conversation to the other.
Note: it is possible to continue indefinitely.
Note: the external line you are connected to can be transferred at
any time.

ALL TRANSFER
Allows you to transfer an external call to another extension. Call transfer can be
done with or without permission.
Call transfer with permission
Allows transferring an external call to an extension, after asking for permission.
Initial situation
Conversation in progress over the external line.

Press R to put the external line on hold.
¾
Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the desired
extension.
¾
Establish the internal conversation.
¾
Hang up to transfer the external call to the extension.
