NSWERING AN EXTERNAL CALL WITH

ICK UP
This service allows an extension, provided with an ST 600 system telephone, to
answer an incoming external call by pressing the special line button.
Note: the extension must be enabled to use this service (see
“Service activation” at page 59).
BASIC PICK UP
An extension engaged in a conversation or not enabled to ring, can answer one
or more incoming external calls by pressing the special line button (L1~L2) on
ST 600 telephones.
Initial situation:
Extension engaged in a conversation or extension not enabled to ring upon
incoming external calls. One or more incoming external calls.

Press the ST 600 telephone button corresponding to the line of the
incoming call.
Conversation starts. Any conversation in progress will be put on hold.
SELECTIVE PICK UP
An extension can answer one or more incoming external calls only by pressing
the special line button (L1~L2) on ST 600 telephones.
Initial situation:
Extension in idle state. One or more incoming external calls.

Pick up the handset.
You will receive the dialling tone.

Press the button on the ST 600 telephone corresponding to the line of
the incoming call.
Conversation starts.
