- when it’s on, the voicemail has been assigned to an extension and it
is activated;
- when it’s off, the voicemail has not been assigned to an extension,
or it has been assigned, but it is not enabled in the current time band.
Listening to messages on the voicemail
Allows listening to messages left on the voicemail.
The messages will be played in order of arrival and separated by a beep. When
all the messages have been listened to, the “playback completed” message will
be played (e.g.: “All messages have been listened to”). If there are no messages,
the “playback completed” message will be reproduced: “All messages have
been listened to”.

Dial the code 328.

Dial the voicemail password.

Listen to the messages.

Hang up.
Listening to messages from remote

Call the telephone number on which the voicemail is enabled.

Wait for the voicemail to answer.
¾
Dial # followed by the voicemail password, before the recording beep.
¾
Listen to the messages.
Deleting messages from the voicemail
While you are listening to messages, it is possible to switch from one message
to another and to delete all the messages on the voicemail.
