5.6 CANopen Network Editor
In the CANopen Network Editor window the CANopen-PN and all slaves of the CANopen net are
displayed and may be visually rearranged.

Use the scroll bar (on the right in Figure 12) to scale the view of the CANopen Network Editor.
Double click with the left mouse button on a device in the CANopen Network Editor window to
open the Device Editor (see 5.9) of the respective device.
A single click opens a small information window which contains e.g. name and node-ID of the
device . Furthermore for every slave there is a context menu, see page 29.
The order of the devices, i.e. the way of the connection line, only gives an overview – it has no
effect on the exported GSD file. It can be adapted to the node-IDs (and vice versa, see
Reassign
Node IDs (by display order)
or
Reset display order (by Node IDs)
below).
