1. Preparare un bagno detergente e un bagno di disinfezione

separato.

2. Immergere completamente il prodotto nel bagno detergente,

facendo attenzione che non entri a contatto con altri compo-

nenti.

3. Pulire a fondo le superfici utilizzando un panno morbido mo-

nouso.

4. Sciacquare le superfici (min. 1 minuto) con acqua sterile

deionizzata.

5. Se il prodotto mostra ancora impurità visibili, ripetere la pro-

cedura di lavaggio descritta sopra.

6. Immergere completamente il prodotto nel bagno disinfet-

tante, facendo attenzione che non entri a contatto con altri
componenti.

7. Sciacquare le superfici (min. 1 minuto) con acqua sterile

deionizzata.

8. Asciugare il prodotto fino a eliminare qualsiasi residuo visi-

bile di liquido (ad es. utilizzando aria compressa filtrata).

4.6 Pulizia e disinfezione meccanica

L'apparecchio di pulizia e disinfezione deve possedere un'effica-
cia sostanzialmente controllata (ad es. marchio CE conforme alla

DIN EN ISO 15883).
I detergenti e i disinfettanti devono essere adatti a dispositivi
medici in plastica e metallo e presentare un valore di pH compre-
so tra 5,5 e 11.
Rispettare le indicazioni del produttore del detergente e del di-

sinfettante e quanto riportato nel capitolo “Panoramica dei me-
todi convalidati”.
1. Inserire con precauzione il prodotto in un opportuno cestello

di lavaggio, facendo attenzione che non entri a contatto con

altri strumenti/componenti.
