Change settings of the following.
• D i splay: Selec t [ 2D Symbols ].
• Fo nt Name: I n p ut a n arb it rary charac t er s t r ing . ASCII charac t ers o n ly.
• Type: Selec t a 2D symbol t ype. The d i splayed it ems are cha ng ed accord-
ing ly.
• Ro t a ti o n Se tting s: Selec t a se tting whe n pr inting t he 2D symbol ro t a t ed by t he spec i f i ed
ra t e.
• Hexadec i mal E nt ry Mode:

T u r n o n t he check box whe n t he da t a for 2D symbol i s spec i f i ed o n
Hexadec i mal E nt ry Mode.
• Compos it e: T u r n o n t he check box t o pr int t he 2D symbol w it h a compos it e sym-
bol.
• Use a Q ui e t Zo n e: Leaves a bla n k mar gin aro un d 2D symbols.
Separate the data specified to a composite symbol and a 2D symbol with “\ |” or “| \”.
Describe the data in the order of the composite symbol and the 2D symbol.
Example: 1234567890\ |012345678905
The 2D symbol printing position is moved based on the amount of margin.
