3. Sub Contrast adjustment
(1) Type 3, “Sub contrast adjustment,” at the keyboard.
(2) Make sure that the following
screen is projected on the LCP projection
screen. (on the pattern section displayed on top portion of the screen,
dark patterns appear on the left side and brighter pattern on the side.)

Use the rjght and left arrow (cursor control) keys the second and third border
lines from the right-most edge are clearly identifiable (the right-most and next right-
most border
must not be visible).
* As you press the left arrow (cursor control) key, an adjustment value from to

Press the RETURN key and make sure that green patterns appear on
the projection screen.
