4.4  Disassembly of TPU

4.4.1  TPU Upper Housing

1. Disengage the Hinge. 

(4.3.1 Hinge Disengagement on page 34)

2. Slide the TPU Housing Mat in the direction of the arrow, releasing it from the 

sockets of the TPU Unit and remove it.

3. Remove the four screws (C.B.P 3x8, 5-7 kgf.) that secure the TPU Upper Housing.

4. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, push outward on the left and right sides of the TPU 

Upper Housing frame to widen it and release the two Hook A. 

5. Disengage the two Hook B by pinching them. 

6. Slide the TPU Lower Housing in the direction of the arrow, then release the four 

Hook C, and remove the TPU Upper Housing.
