Replace and remount
the concerned part(s)

Go to step 2.

*TONER BOX SENSOR power supply check

Is the voltage between P22-15PIN <=> P22-16PIN 5VDC?

Go to step 3.

Go to FIP-2.1

*TONER BOX detection signal power supply check

Is the voltage between P22-14PIN <=> P22-16PIN 5VDC ?

Go to step 4.

Replace the MCU PWB.

*TONER BOX detection signal check

Is the voltage between P/J22-14PIN <=> P/J22-16PIN as follows?

When transmitting (WASTE TONER BOX),

the value is 0VDC.

When blocked (no WASTE TONER BOX)

, the value is 5VDC.

Replace the MCU PWB. Go to step 5.

*TONER BOX HARNESS continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J88<=> P116?

Go to step 6.

Replace the TONER
BOX HARNESS.

*MAIN HARNESS ASSY continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J116 <=> J22?

Replace the TONER
BOX SENSOR.

Replace the MAIN
HARNESS ASSY.
