Invalid ROM B

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = off

Explanation:

The ROM module in slot B can not be used with this printer.
(The ROM module is write-protected, unformatted or broken. 
If the module is writable and unfromatted, Write Error ROM is
indicated.

Solution:

Turn the printer off and remove the card.

Write Error ROM A

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = off

Explanation:

“Write” was attempted to write a write-protected ROM
module in slot A. Write process was not completed
sucessfully. There is no ROM module inserted in slot A.

Solution:

1. Turn the printer off and remove the ROM module. 
2. Perform “Reset All”.

Write Error ROM P

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = off

Explanation:

“Write” was attempted to write a write-protected ROM
module, or “Write process” was not completed sucessfully.
Data reception failed, or the sum of the received data is
 incorrect. There is not enough memory for a batch data.

Solution:

1. Turn the printer off and remove the ROM module.
2. Perform “Reset All”.

3. If the error still occur after performing “Reset All”, perform
     “Service Call”.

Copy System Error

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = off

Explanation:

Some units of the copy system are not installed properly.

Solution:

Turn the power off and install the units of the copy system
properly, or remove all the units and turn the power off.

Can’t Print Duplex

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = blinking

Explanation:

The printer cannot print duplex because of the duplex printing
restrictions. Previous models print out single-side, and then
indicate “Failed to Print Duplex”. However, from this model,
the error is indicated before printing.

Solution:

Press the Continue button to resume printing (printing will be
single-sided). When Auto Cont=off on the Config menu, the
printer resumes single-side printing after a while. When the
error is caused from the paper feed source setting and if the
paper feed source condition changes, the printer might
resume duplex printing after the error is cleared.

Invalid PS3

LED:

On Line

 = off    

Continue

 = off

Explanation:

A fatal problem relating the PS3 card occurred.

Solution:

Turn the power off and replace the HDD Unit with a valid one.
