UVC-314: Wit h t he except ion of t he f irst capt ure af t er syst em reboot , t he very f irst capt ured f rame is
always green.

Workaround: Remove t he green f rame in post -product ion edit ing. If st reaming t he capt ured
video, begin st reaming af t er t he init ial green f rame has already been capt ured.

UVC-438: When capt uring f rom a source at 720p, 50 f ps will occasionally det ect as 51 f ps, and when
capt uring at 1600×1200, 60 f ps will occasionally det ect as 61 f ps.

Workaround: None necessary. This of t en occurs due t o inherent inaccuracies in rounding
decimal point f ps rat e t o whole numbers. The reading is st ill accurat e t o your expect ed rat e.
Affect ing Windows

UVC-270: Windows 10: Somet imes, Windows 10 will not recognize t he grabber properly when
connect ed by a Fresco FL1100 USB 3.0 cont roller.

Workaround: Press t he ref resh icon t o ref resh t he device list or unplug and reconnect t he USB.
If neit her of t hese work, a dif f erent USB 3.0 host cont roller might be required.
Affect ing Ubunt u

UVC-454: When saving set t ings, device does not seem t o save changes.

Workaround: The most likely cause is caching. Af t er saving changes, wait 10-15 seconds bef ore
reboot ing, t urning of f or unplugging your device.
Affect ing Mac

UVC-450: Device does not boot when connect ed t o Mac USB 3.0 port wit h USB 2.0 cable.

Workaround: Wait f or 20-30 seconds. If device sill does not boot , it will be necessary t o use t he
USB 3.0 cable.
