Service Messages
The control unit generates service messages at various points in the life of the
sensors to ensure the sensors are correctly maintained. Three types of Service
messages are created whose purpose is outlined in the table below.

Remove the sensor from the stack for
inspection and cleaning.

Arrange service visit by an ENVEA Service
Engineer or an authorised ENVEA
representative.

Recommended return to ENVEA for testing
and refurbishment if required.
Messages advising inspection are displayed one month prior to the due date. If
messages are not cleared within a month, ‘Overdue’ messages will occur, and the
control unit LED will flash RED.
Clearing Service Messages
All active service messages can be cleared by entering Maintenance mode (see
page
), performing the required actions, and then returning the sensor to
normal operation.
