Regional Customer Service Center for more infor-
mation. Entegris will expedite processing by
providing a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number, MSDS requirements, and important clean-
ing and packaging details.
If the unit being returned was exposed to a hazard-
ous substance, it must be flushed and cleaned in
accordance with the provided flushing require-
ments. A copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS) for each hazardous substance, including
cleaning fluids, must be included with the returned
product. See the “Flushing the System” section of
this manual.
