On the PFD, the AHRS begins to initialize and displays ‘AHRS ALIGN: Keep Wings Level’.
The AHRS should display valid attitude and heading fields typically within one minute of
power-up. The AHRS can align itself both while taxiing and during level flight.
When the MFD powers up the MFD Power-up Page displays the following information:

Copyright
Land database name and version
Safe Taxi database information
Terrain database name and version
Airport Terrain database name and
version
Obstacle database name and version
Navigation database name, version,
and effective dates
Airport Directory name, version and
effective dates
FliteCharts/ChartView
database
information
Pilot
Profile
selection
Current database information includes the valid operating dates, cycle number and
database type. When this information has been reviewed for currency (to ensure that no
databases have expired), the pilot is prompted to continue. Pressing the
ENT
Key
acknowledges this information and displays the Auxiliary (AUX) Weight Planning Page.
System Status Page
The System Status Page displays the status and software version numbers for all detected
system LRUs. Pertinent information on all system databases is also displayed. Active
LRUs are indicated by green check marks and failed LRUs are indicated by red “X”s.
Failed LRUs should be noted and an Enstrom service center dealer informed. The system
status page can be accessed by entering configuration mode.
