Professional machinery

9.12 - GREASING THE LIFTING DEVICE

All the moving parts of RoboMAX that need to

be greased have grease nipples. To proceed

with the greasing it is necessary to have an

appropriate pump, then connect the pump nozzle

to the grease nipple on the machine and pump in

grease until it a small amount comes out of the

joints. Refer to the grease table in section 9.4.1

for what grease to choose. Proper lubrication is

important. Insufficient and infrequent lubrication

may cause premature faults or overheating in

some of the working parts as well as damage to

the gaskets.

Grease every

50 duty hours.

9.12.1 - CHECKING THE CHROME-PLATED PARTS

Inspect the chrome-plated parts of the machine (cylinders) and make sure that they are not scored

or damaged.
