5.10 Exhaust hose
Proceed as follows to use the exhaust hose with the
generator.
The follow ing requirements must be fulfilled:
•
Generator is ready for operation
CAUTION!
Exhaust gases can cause fatal asphyxiation.
•
Provide for sufficient ventilation.
•
Use an exhaust gas hose.
•
Only operate the generator outdoors.

Connect up the exhaust hose as follows:
4. Push the exhaust hose’s grip with the larger opening
onto the muffler’s connection.
2. Turn the exhaust hose to the right to lock it in place.
Exhaust hose is now plugged in.
Disconnect the exhaust hose from the generator by:
5. Turn the exhaust hose grip to the left.
6. Pull the exhaust hose off the muffler’s exhaust hose
connection.
Exhaust hose is now disconnected.
