2. Set the DIP switch "Adress/Offset" to "ON", the bus address of the measuring device
whose values are to be displayed can be set using DIP switches 1 to 64. Valid address
range: 0 to 125
3. "Set" DIP switch set from "OFF" to "ON" in order to accept the address setting in the
device. The settings are only accepted if the "Set" switch is changed from "OFF" to "ON".
If the "Set" switch is set to "ON", device power-on does not have any effect, nor does a
change in the "Set" switch setting from "OFF" to "ON" if the write lock is enabled.
If all the DIP switches are set for the address, address 127 can be configured. This
deletes the settings for the channel. A channel that was previously configured can be
disabled again in this way.
Address 126 is not valid for the necessary Data Exchange Telegram. The device
displays a configuration error with this address.
6.5.4 Configuring an offset
Using the DIP switch, it is possible to set the index (offset) of the first byte of the value to
be displayed in relation to the set bus address of the data source.
An index (offset) of between 0 and 127 can be set via the DIP switches.
The setting is made as follows:
1. Use DIP switch "AI1/AI2" to select whether the configured index (offset) refers to
analog input 1 (switch set to "ON") or analog input 2 (switch set to "OFF").
2. Set DIP switch "Adress/Offset" to "OFF" in order to configure an index (offset) for
analog input 1 or analog input 2.
3. Set DIP switch "Set" from "OFF" to "ON" to accept the offset setting in the device. The
settings are only accepted if the "Set" switch is changed from "OFF" to "ON". If the "Set"
switch is set to "ON", device power-on does not have any effect, nor does a change in
the "Set" switch setting from "OFF" to "ON" if the write lock is enabled.
