Version TB: Initial settings for residual concrete water
The version Liquisys M CUM 223-TB and
CUM 253-TB contains the Plus package with
additional setting options, as for the TS
version.
On delivery, different values from the
standard version are set in the individual
fields of the menus to make commissioning as
simple as possible.
These initial settings are so selected so that
no additional settings need be made for
applications in
residual concrete water
.
However, should you reset the device to the
original factory settings (set default), then you
can find the values which are valid for this
application.
Note:
Should you wish to use a voltage
output instead of the current output
intended by the factory, then please
connected the supplied shunt
resistor according to the instructions
on the sheet enclosed with the
transmitter. You will then obtain a
0 ... 10 V current output.
Factory settings
Note:
Calibration is carried out in the %
measuring range (the transmitter
switches automatically). With the
above setting, a density of e.g. 1.12
kg/l = 12 % must be selected.
In individual cases, it may be
necessary to adapt the calibration to
a real sample. For this, a “single-
point calibration” is sufficient.
