Short circuit in signal cable Locate and eliminate short circuit
Distance between electrode and
membrane is too large Screw the membrane until the limit
DPD chemicals are outdated Use new DPD chemicals, repeat calibration
pH value < pH 5.5 Raise pH value (pH 5.5 ... 9.5)
