In Settings you can choose whether you see the network operator or the time
and symbols in the header (Ring out, Forward call, Alarm)

4.4.7 Birthday reminders
You can save birthday reminders.
If the name is already an entry in the telephone memory (not on the SIM
card), you will be asked, after the reminder, whether you want to ring the
person who is celebrating.
If there is still no entry for this person or they are found on the SIM card memory,
you will be requested to give a name when saving the birthday reminder. In
this case you will be reminded about the birthday but not asked if you want
to ring.
