3.1.4 Received SMS’s
If this menu item is darkly shaded, the number of newly received SMS’s (= text
messages) is displayed.
With
, the list of SMS’s received appears. Each SMS is displayed with a
number or name (as long as they are saved in the phone book) as well as
the date and time stamp. If an SMS is indicated with an “N”, it is “New” and
therefore unread

3.1.5 Battery indicator and signal strength

One bar in the battery indicator corresponds to a capacity of 25 % (4 Bars
100 %). If the battery charge status falls below 25% and the signal light at the
bottom of the mobile phone flashes in red, charge the battery with the aid
of the charger cable.

On the right you will see the reception strength. If this amounts to less than
25% the send-receive and hearing quality are largely restricted when pho-
ning. Try to find a place for better reception strength when phoning.
