2.1  DO NOT WORRY IF YOU GET LOST IN THE MENU

Whenever you get carried away in the menu, simply close the sliding cover 
of the mobile phone. By doing this you will see the familiar view again on the 
screen! (=Stand-by mode)

If the mobile phone is not used for over two minutes, the screen switches itslef 
off. The mobile phone is now in economy mode but still ready to receive. The 
screen becomes active again by shortly pressing a random button.

2.2  TAKING A CALL

On an incoming call the telephone rings and vibrates. The green signal light 
flashes and the number and name of the caller can be read on the screen (if 
saved in the phone book).

Take a call with 

 or make one by opening the cover. You can also phone 

when the cover is closed as well as open.

To end the call press 

  If  your  interlocutor  hangs  up  first,  this  is  no  longer 

necessary. 

Please note: Closing the open cover does not end the call.

To refuse a call while the phone is ringing press 

.

If you do not want to refuse the call but would prefer it not to ring any further 
(e.g. you are sitting in a waiting room), press the 

 -button on the volume 

control and the ring will be muted for this call.

2.3  SELECT WITH THE NUMERICAL KEYPAD

Slide open the mobile phone and enter the telephone number via the 
numerical keypad– ALWAYS with the area dialling code. Example: Enter 
“040789789” for number 789789 with area dialling code 040/.
