4.4.8 Answer machine number

If you press the

button for 3 seconds, you will be automatically connected

to your answer machine. Should this number still not be saved to your device
or SIM card, you will be requested to give this number. If you do not know this
number, ring your network operator’s free of charge hotline. Do not worry, it is
quite simple and very pleasant afterwards if you use the answer machine.

4.4.10 SMS on/off switch function

If you neither want to send nor receive short messages, you can turn off
the SMS Menu (the remote maintenance of your phone book also functions
when the SMS Menu is switched off).
